Application of s. 27 of the Act
1. (1) Section 27 of the Act applies to The Regional Municipality of Niagara. O. Reg. 297/02, s. 1 (1).
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the council of The Regional Municipality of Niagara that is elected in the regular election in 2003. O. Reg. 297/02, s. 1 (2).
