PRESCRIBED PAYMENT PER BED — CLAUSE 6 (a) OF THE ACT

Prescribed amount

1. The prescribed amount per bed for the purposes of clause 6 (a) of the Act is an amount not exceeding $50,000. O. Reg. 20/03, s. 1.
