EXEMPTIONS RESPECTING THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING AUTHORITY

This Regulation is made in English only.
s. 25 of the Act
1. Section 25 of the Act does not apply to any of the following trades:
1. An initial trade in a bond, debenture or other evidence of indebtedness issued by the Ontario Municipal Economic Infrastructure Financing Authority.
2. A subsequent trade in a bond, debenture or other evidence of indebtedness issued by the Ontario Municipal Economic Infrastructure Financing Authority if the trade is made by or through a limited market dealer, a financial intermediary dealer or a financial intermediary regulated by the federal Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions. s. 53 of the Act
2. Section 53 of the Act does not apply with respect to any trade in a bond, debenture or other evidence of indebtedness issued by the Ontario Municipal Economic Infrastructure Financing Authority. O. Reg. 106/03, s. 2.
