Electromagnetism

1. Electromagnetism is a prescribed form of energy for the purposes of section 3 of the Act.  O. Reg. 226/03, s. 1.

Note: On January 1, 2018, section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted: (See: O. Reg. 565/17, s. 1)

Diagnostic ultrasound

1. Soundwaves for diagnostic ultrasound are prescribed as a form of energy for the purposes of section 3 of the Act. O. Reg. 565/17, s. 1.
