DISSOLUTION OF CIAR FOUNDATION
Consolidation Period: From July 30, 2003 to the e-Laws currency date.
No amendments.
This Regulation is made in English only.
Dissolution of foundation
1. The crown foundation established by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council under section 2 of the Act and known as the “CIAR” foundation is hereby dissolved. O. Reg. 325/03, s. 1.
Transfer of assets
2. Upon the dissolution of the “CIAR” foundation under section 1, the assets of the foundation become the assets of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research. O. Reg. 325/03, s. 2.
