Exemption re s. 25 of the Act
1. The Ontario Financing Authority is exempt from the requirements of section 25 of the Act in respect of any activities relating to trading, advising or acting as an underwriter or an investment fund manager if the activities are carried out in the fulfilment of its duties and responsibilities under the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993.
