DELEGATION OF REGULATION-MAKING AUTHORITY TO THE BOARD OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY

Delegation of regulation-making authority

1. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), the power to make regulations under subsection 50 (1) of the Act is delegated to the board of the administrative authority. O. Reg. 581/05, s. 1 (1).

(2) The authority to make regulations under paragraph 20 of subsection 51 (1) of the Act that require information required under the Act to be in a form approved by the Minister is not delegated to the board of the administrative authority. O. Reg. 581/05, s. 1 (2).

(3) A regulation made by the board of the administrative authority pursuant to subsection (1) is subject to the approval of the Minister. O. Reg. 581/05, s. 1 (3).
