Prescribed day
1. For the purposes of subsection 88.0.1 (2.1) of the Act, a regulation made under clause 88.0.1 (2) (a), (b) (c), (c.1), (d), (e), (f), (g) or (h) applies only with respect to electricity generated or consumed before April 1, 2005. O. Reg. 585/05, s. 1.
