ZONING AREA — HALDIMAND COUNTY

This Regulation is made in English only.
Application
1. This Order applies to land in Haldimand County being part of Lot 17 Broken Front Concession on the Grand River designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 18R-6249 and part of Lot 18 Broken Front Concession on the Grand River and parts of Lots B and C Range West of Plank Road (Geographic Township of Oneida) designated as parts 1, 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 18R-6217 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Haldimand (No. 18). O. Reg. 200/06, s. 1.
Use of land
2. (1) Every use of land and the erection, location and use of any building or structure is prohibited on land described in section 1. O. Reg. 200/06, s. 2 (1).
(2) Additions to any building or structure or the extension or enlargement of any building or structure is prohibited. O. Reg. 200/06, s. 2 (2).
Condition
3. Every use of land and every erection, location and use of buildings or structures shall be in accordance with this Order. O. Reg. 200/06, s. 3.
