IESO cost recovery re smart metering
1. Subject to a Board order, for the purposes of subsection 78 (3.0.3) of the Act, the IESO may recover the costs it incurs because of its role and responsibilities, as set out in its objects, related to the smart metering initiative. O. Reg. 453/06, s. 1.
