Time period
1. For the purposes of subsections 17 (44.4), 34 (24.4) and 51 (52.4) of the Act, the prescribed time period is 60 days. O. Reg. 549/06, s. 1.
Note: On April 3, 2018, section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsections 17 (44.4), 34 (24.4) and 51 (52.4)” and substituting “subsection 51 (52.4)”. (See: O. Reg. 69/18, s. 2)
