PRESCRIBED MATTERS — SUBSECTION 15 (5) OF ACT

Prescribed matter

1. The following matter is prescribed for the purposes of subsection 15 (5) of the Act:

1. Any matter with respect to which a by-law could have been passed under the Act, other than sections 8 and 11, as it read on the day before section 11 of Schedule A to the Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 came into force. O. Reg. 587/06, s. 1.
