PRESCRIBED MATTERS — CLAUSE 12 (5) (i) OF ACT

Prescribed matter
1. The following matter is prescribed for the purposes of clause 12 (5) (i) of the Act:
1. Any matter with respect to which a by-law could have been passed under any of the following as they read on the day before section 12 of the Act came into force:
i. The Municipal Act, 2001, other than sections 8 and 11.
ii. The City of Toronto Act, 1997.
iii. The City of Toronto Act, 1997 (No. 2). O. Reg. 593/06, s. 1.
