Deadline

1. For the 2007 taxation year, June 30, 2007 is prescribed as the later deadline for the purposes of clause 2 (3.2) (e) of the Act. O. Reg. 173/07, s. 1.

1.1 For the 2008 taxation year, June 30, 2008 is prescribed as the later deadline for the purposes of clause 2 (3.2) (e) of the Act. O. Reg. 91/08, s. 2; O. Reg. 140/08, s. 1.
