TRANSITIONAL PERIOD

This Regulation is made in English only.
Transitional period
1. For the purposes of the definition of “transitional period” in section 59 of the Act, the transitional period shall end on the day that is 18 months after the day the transitional Council is appointed under section 60 of the Act. O. Reg. 251/07, s. 1.
