Prescribed legislation: monetary penalties

1. (1) The following are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 14.1 (1) of the Act:

1. Gaming Control Act, 1992.

2. Liquor Licence Act. O. Reg. 282/07, s. 1 (1).

(2) Paragraph 1 of subsection (1) does not apply if this section comes into force before January 1, 2008. O. Reg. 282/07, s. 1 (2).
