1. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), the expenses and remuneration paid to members of the Public Interest Committee shall be the same as the expenses and remuneration that are paid, under subsection 4 (4) of the Act, to members of the Council of the College appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. (2) The remuneration for a member of the Public Interest Committee who is serving as the Chair of the Committee shall be the same as the remuneration that is paid, under subsection 4 (4) of the Act, to the Chair of the Council of the College if that person is a member of Council appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council. (3) Remuneration shall not be paid to a member of the Public Interest Committee, including the member serving as Chair, when section 46 of the Act applies with respect to him or her. O. Reg. 370/07, s. 1 (3).
