PUBLIC BODIES AND COMMISSION PUBLIC BODIES — ETHICS EXECUTIVE FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVANTS

Application
1. This Regulation applies with respect to every public body that is listed in Column 1 of Table 1. O. Reg. 375/07, s. 1.
Ethics executive
2. (1) For a public body listed in Column 1 of Table 1, the individual who holds the position listed in Column 2 of the Table is prescribed under clause 71 (1) (b) of the Act as the ethics executive for public servants, other than government appointees, who work in the public body. O. Reg. 375/07, s. 2.
(2) For a public body listed in Column 1 of Table 1, the chair of the public body is prescribed under clause 71 (1) (b) of the Act as the ethics executive for public servants who are government appointees and who work in the public body. O. Reg. 237/08, s. 1.
