Chair to act as board of Centre

1. The Chair of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre who is designated under subsection 45.14 (3) of the Act shall have the powers, duties and functions of the board of directors of the Centre until the commencement of the first board of directors’ meeting.  O. Reg. 32/08, s. 1.
