Agency

1. An approved agency, within the meaning of the Child and Family Services Act, designated by the Minister as a children’s aid society under subsection 15 (2) of that Act is an agency for the purposes of clause 2 (2) (a) of the Act.  O. Reg. 257/09, s. 1.
