Prescribed time period
1. For the purposes of section 22.23 of the Code, a Council shall take such steps as are within its power to make, amend or revoke regulations and by-laws under the Code and under its health profession Act so that they conform with sections 22.16 to 22.21 of the Code before June 1, 2012.
