PRE-ELECTION REPORT FOR 2011 PROVINCIAL ELECTION

Pre-election report
1. (1) A pre-election report under subsection 10 (1) of the Act is required in connection with the 2011 provincial election. O. Reg. 61/11, s. 1 (1).
(2) The deadline for the release of the pre-election report is 30 days after the day on which the Minister of Finance moves the Budget motion in 2011 under Standing Order 58 (a) of the Standing Orders of the Assembly. O. Reg. 61/11, s. 1 (2).
