DEEMING ORDER (NORTH ALMAGUIN PLANNING BOARD)
Consolidation Period: From March 30, 2011 to the e-Laws currency date.

Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 484/71
1. (1) Ontario Regulation 484/71, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 1 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-01 of the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 1 (2).
Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 1133/80
2. (1) Ontario Regulation 1133/80, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 2 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-02 of the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 2 (2).
Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 561/91
3. (1) Ontario Regulation 561/91, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 3 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-03 of the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 3 (2).
Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 531/94
4. (1) Ontario Regulation 531/94, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 4 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-04 of the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 4 (2).
Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 535/98
5. (1) Ontario Regulation 535/98, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 5 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-05 of the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 5 (2).
Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 573/98
6. (1) Ontario Regulation 573/98, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 6 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-06 of the North Almaguin Planning Board. O. Reg. 102/11, s. 6 (2).
