Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 528/94

1. (1) Ontario Regulation 528/94, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the Smooth Rock Falls Planning Board.  O. Reg. 104/11, s. 1 (1).

(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-01 of the Smooth Rock Falls Planning Board.  O. Reg. 104/11, s. 1 (2).
