1. The trades listed in subsections 2 (1), 3 (1), 4 (1) and 5 (1) are prescribed trades for the purposes of the Act. O. Reg. 175/11, s. 1.

Prescribed trades, construction sector

2. (1) For purposes of sections 13, 19 and 20 of the Act, the trades that belong to the construction sector are:
