PUBLICLY FUNDED ORGANIZATIONS — EXCLUSIONS

Definition
1. In this Regulation,
“First Nation” means a band as defined in the Indian Act (Canada). O. Reg. 219/11, s. 1.
Publicly funded organizations: exclusions
2. The following are not publicly funded organizations:
1. A district social services administration board established under the District Social Services Administration Boards Act.
