Functions of the Offices of the Worker and Employer Advisers
1. (1) For the purposes of Part VI (Reprisals by Employer Prohibited) of the Act, the functions of the Office of the Worker Adviser are to educate, advise and represent in proceedings before the Board workers who are not members of a trade union. O. Reg. 33/12, s. 1 (1).
(2) For the purposes of Part VI (Reprisals by Employer Prohibited) of the Act, the functions of the Office of the Employer Adviser are to educate, advise and represent in proceedings before the Board employers that have fewer than 50 employees. O. Reg. 33/12, s. 1 (2).
