DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Disclosure of personal information
1. The Ministry may, for a purpose described in subsection 15 (4) of the Act, disclose to a person or entity with whom the Minister has entered into an agreement under subsection 14 (1) of the Act the following information in respect of a person:
1. The date on which the validation of the vehicle permit issued to the person expires.
2. If the person is an individual, his or her driver's licence number or the number assigned to the person by the Ministry to identify number plates or vehicles registered to the person.
