DESIGNATION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

Designation

1. The following products, in all their forms and however they are grown, are designated as agricultural products for the purposes of the Act:

1. Apple trees.

2. Apples, other than crab apples.

3. Asparagus.

4. Barley.

5. Apis Mellifera (bees).

6. Bok choy.

7. Broad beans.

8. Broccoli.

9. Brussels sprouts.

10. Cabbage.

11. Canola, including rapeseed.

12. Carrots.

13. Cauliflower.

14. Celeriac.

15. Celery.

16. Cherries.

17. Chinese cabbage.

18. Coloured beans.

19. Corn.
