This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.
Fees
1. (1) A fee of $300 is payable to institute a proceeding with the Board.
(2) Despite subsection (1), a fee of $25 is payable for,
(a) each consent appeal that is in addition to a consent appeal to which subsection (1) applies, if it is brought by the same appellant in relation to connected consent applications; and
(b) each variance appeal that is in addition to a variance appeal to which subsection (1) applies, if it is brought by the same appellant in relation to connected variance applications.
