DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY

Designation of administrative authority

1. For the purposes of subsection 2 (1) of the Act, the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, which is incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario by letters patent dated July 8, 2016 and with which the Minister of Government and Consumer Services entered into an administrative agreement dated May 15, 2017 for the purposes of section 3 of the Act, is designated as the administrative authority for the purposes of the Act.
