EXEMPTION FROM ACT - SIX NATIONS OF THE GRAND RIVER

Exemption from incorporation requirement

1. An Indian or native child and family service authority designated by the Elected Council of the Six Nations of the Grand River is exempt from the requirement to be incorporated in order to be approved under subsection 8 (1) of the Act as an approved agency.
