It comes into force on June 8, 2019, the day section 2 of Schedule 16 to the Stronger, Fairer Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force and sections 1 and 13 of Schedule 9 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 come into force.
No amendments.

Additional object
1. It is an object of the Authority to carry out any powers or duties with respect to offering statements under the Co-operative Corporations Act that are delegated or designated to the Authority under section 1.1 or 1.2 of that Act.
