Inter-ministerial data integration units

1. (1) The following administrative divisions of the following ministries are designated as inter-ministerial data integration units for the purposes of Part III.1 of the Act:

1.  The Business Intelligence and Practice Division of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

2.  The Ontario Statistics Office of the Ministry of Finance.

3.  The Capacity Planning and Analytics Division of the Ministry of Health.

(2) The Ontario Statistics Office of the Ministry of Finance is designated for the purposes of paragraph 2 of subsection 49.5 (1) of the Act as the inter-ministerial data integration unit whose members may collect personal information solely to compile statistical information.

2. The following administrative divisions of the following ministries are designated as ministry data integration units for the purposes of Part III.1 of the Act:

1.  The Analytics and Evidence Branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General.

2.  The Business Intelligence and Practice Division of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

3.  The Education Statistics and Analysis Branch of the Ministry of Education.

4.  The Capacity Planning and Analytics Division of the Ministry of Health.

5.  The Capacity Planning and Analytics Division of the Ministry of Long-Term Care.

6.  The Strategic Policy, Research and Innovation Division of the Ministry of the Solicitor General.
