TEMPORARY EXEMPTIONS RELATING TO DECLARED EMERGENCY

Application

1. This Regulation applies until the end of the 30th day after the day on which the emergency that was declared under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act on March 17, 2020 is terminated under that Act.

Exemptions — Part II of the Act

2. Proposals for Acts, policies, regulations and instruments are exempt from Part II of the Act.

Exemptions — consideration of ministry statement of environmental values

3. Despite Ontario Regulation 73/94 (General) made under the Act, section 11 of the Act does not apply with respect to the ministries listed in section 1 of that Regulation.

4. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
