Application
1. This Order applies to lands in the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, being the lands described as Part Lots 3 and 4, Concession 2, as identified by Property Identification Number 10368-0833 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Toronto (No. 80).
Zoning requirement
2. Despite clause 64.44 (1) (b) of the former City of North York Zoning By-law No. 7625, as amended, the maximum gross floor area of all buildings on the lands described in section 1 of this Regulation is 275,705 square metres. O. Reg. 170/20, s. 2; O. Reg. 6/23, s. 1.
