Prescribed provisions
1. Sections 27 to 34 of Ontario Regulation 329/04 (General) made under the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 are prescribed provisions for the purposes of section 46 of the Connecting Care Act, 2019.
Note: On July 1, 2023, section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Sections 27 to 34” at the beginning and substituting “Section 18.0.1 and sections 27 to 34”. (See: O. Reg. 58/23, s. 1)
