ADDITIONAL OBJECTS FOR LOCAL HEALTH SYSTEM INTEGRATION NETWORKS

Definition

1. In this Regulation,

“CHEO” means the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario – Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre.

Additional object of Champlain Local Health Integration Network

2. The following is prescribed as an additional object of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network:

1. Providing administrative and business support services to CHEO to facilitate CHEO’s management of contracts with service providers who provide community services described in the Home Care and Community Services Act, 1994.

Note: On May 1, 2022, the day section 3 of Schedule 1 to the Connecting People to Home and Community Care Act, 2020 comes into force, paragraph 1 of section 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted: (See: O. Reg. 201/22, s. 1)

1. Providing administrative and business support services to CHEO to facilitate CHEO’s management of contracts with service providers who provide home and community care services described in Ontario Regulation 187/22 (Home and Community Care Services) made under the Connecting Care Act, 2019.

3. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
