Definition

1. In this Regulation,

“CHEO” means the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario – Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre.

Additional object of Champlain Local Health Integration Network

2. The following is prescribed as an additional object of the Champlain Local Health Integration Network:

1. Providing administrative and business support services to CHEO to facilitate CHEO’s management of contracts with service providers who provide home and community care services described in Ontario Regulation 187/22 (Home and Community Care Services) made under the Connecting Care Act, 2019. O. Reg. 641/21, s. 2; O. Reg. 201/22, s. 1.
