CALCULATION OF 2022 PREMIUMS
Consolidation Period: From September 24, 2021 to the e-Laws currency date.

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.
Prescribed date
1. For the purposes of subsection 88.1 (1) of the Act, December 31, 2022 is prescribed as the later date.
Prescribed amount
2. For the purposes of clause 88.1 (1) (b) of the Act, $100,422 is the amount prescribed for the period beginning January 1, 2022.
3. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
