Designated broadband projects
1. Every broadband project where funding, in full or in part, has been provided through the Ministry of Infrastructure for the purposes of deploying broadband and high-speed internet infrastructure in Ontario is a designated broadband project for the purposes of the Act.
2. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
