Ontario Place site
1. The following land is prescribed for the purposes of the definition of the “Ontario Place site” in section 1 of the Act:
1. The land identified by Property Identification Number 21417-0001(LT), being Parcel Lot 31-1, Section CL3368, being part of the Bed of Lake Ontario in front of the Ordnance Reserve and Lot 31, Broken Front Concession CL3368, Toronto, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 66R-13434; City of Toronto.
2. The land identified by Property Identification Number 21418-0099(LT), being part of the Water Lot in front of Plan Ordnance Reserve, Toronto, designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 63R-1786 and Part 1 on Reference Plan 63R-2034; City of Toronto.
3. Part of Property Identification Number 21416-0099, being part of the Water Lot Fronting Lot 31, Broken Front Concession and Part of Water Lot in Front of Dufferin Street and Part of Lot 105 Registered Plan 613, designated as Part 1 on Plan 66R-33758; City of Toronto.
4. Part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100, being the parts of the Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Parts 8, 10, 11, 12 and 19 on Plan 66R-33758; City of Toronto.
5. The land identified as part of Property Identification Number 21418-0280(LT), being Part of Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Part 12 on Plan 66R-34049; City of Toronto (formerly part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100(LT)).
6. The land identified as part of Property Identification Number 21416-0168(LT), being Part of Water Lot Fronting Lot 31, Broken Front Concession, Part of Water Lot in Front of Dufferin Street and Part of Lots 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 and 111 on Plan 613, designated as Parts 3 and 4 on Plan 66R-34049; City of Toronto (formerly Part of Property Identification Number 21416-0099(LT)).
7. The land identified as Part of Property Identification Number 21418-0280(LT), being Part of Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Parts 6, 8 and 14 on Plan 66R-34049; City of Toronto (formerly Part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100(LT)). Land vested in the Crown
2. (1) The following land is prescribed for the purposes of subsection 2 (1) of the Act:
1. Part of Property Identification Number 21416-0099, being part of the Water Lot Fronting Lot 31, Broken Front Concession and Part of Water Lot in Front of Dufferin Street and Part of Lot 105 Registered Plan 613, designated as Part 1 on Plan 66R-33758; City of Toronto.
2. Subject to the limitation set out in subsection 3 (1), Part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100, being parts of the Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Parts 8, 10, 11, 12 and 19 on Plan 66R-33758; City of Toronto. O. Reg. 75/24, s. 2 (1).
(2) The date prescribed in respect of the land described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of subsection (1) is February 26, 2024. O. Reg. 75/24, s. 2 (2).
Same, Western channel
2.1 (1) The following land is prescribed for the purposes of subsection 2 (1) of the Act:
1. The land identified as part of Property Identification Number 21418-0280(LT), being Part of Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Part 12 on Plan 66R-34049; City of Toronto (formerly part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100(LT)).
2. The land identified as part of Property Identification Number 21416-0168(LT), being Part of Water Lot Fronting Lot 31, Broken Front Concession, Part of Water Lot in Front of Dufferin Street and Part of Lots 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 and 111 on Plan 613, designated as Parts 3 and 4 on Plan 66R-34049; City of Toronto (formerly Part of Property Identification Number 21416-0099(LT)).
3. The land identified as Part of Property Identification Number 21418-0280(LT), being Part of Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Parts 6, 8 and 14 on Plan 66R-34049; City of Toronto (formerly Part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100(LT)). O. Reg. 29/26, s. 2.
(2) The date prescribed in respect of the land described in paragraph 1 of subsection (1) is February 13, 2026. O. Reg. 29/26, s. 2.
(3) In respect of the land described in paragraphs 2 and 3 of subsection (1), the following apply:
1. The date of vesting is February 13, 2026 and the vesting period shall end on March 31, 2029.
2. At the end of the vesting period, the land, including any improvements to it, shall vest in the City of Toronto. O. Reg. 29/26, s. 2.
Combined sewer outflow
3. (1) Any structure, fixture or other thing that is part of or associated with combined sewer outflow infrastructure located within the land described in paragraph 2 of subsection 2 (1) that was, immediately before the date mentioned in subsection 2 (2), under the control of the City of Toronto shall remain under the City’s control. O. Reg. 75/24, s. 3 (1).
(2) The City of Toronto shall take the following actions with respect to the vested real property described in subsection (1):
1. Any action required to maintain, operate, repair or replace any of the vested real property.
2. Ensure that all permits, licences and approvals issued by the City that are necessary to complete the actions described in paragraph 1 are issued. O. Reg. 75/24, s. 3 (2).
(3) Despite subsection (2), no action requiring access to the land described in subsection 2 (1) shall be taken without the written permission of the Minister. O. Reg. 75/24, s. 3 (3).
(4) If the Crown incurs costs in respect of any of the actions described in subsection (2), the Crown may recover such costs from the City of Toronto. O. Reg. 75/24, s. 3 (4).
Environmental Assessment Act, exemption re Ontario Place
4. The following land is prescribed for the purposes of clause 9 (2) (b) of the Act:
1. Part of Property Identification Number 21416-0099, being part of the Water Lot Fronting Lot 31, Broken Front Concession and Part of Water Lot in Front of Dufferin Street and Part of Lot 105 Registered Plan 613, designated as Part 1 on Plan 66R-33758; City of Toronto.
2. Part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100, being parts of Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Parts 8, 10, 11, 12 and 19 on Plan 66R-33758; City of Toronto.
3. The land identified as part of Property Identification Number 21418-0280(LT), being Part of Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Part 12 on Plan 66R-34049; City of Toronto (formerly part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100(LT)).
4. The land identified as part of Property Identification Number 21416-0168(LT), being Part of Water Lot Fronting Lot 31, Broken Front Concession, Part of Water Lot in Front of Dufferin Street and Part of Lots 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 and 111 on Plan 613, designated as Parts 3 and 4 on Plan 66R-34049; City of Toronto (formerly Part of Property Identification Number 21416-0099(LT)).
