Additional objects of the Corporation

1. For the purposes of paragraph 10 of section 40 of the Act, the following are prescribed as additional objects of the Corporation:

1. To assist the Minister in performing the functions described in clauses 2 (e), (f) and (g).

Prescribed matters, collection and use of personal information

2. For the purposes of paragraph 4 of subsection 62 (2) of the Act, the following are prescribed as matters for which the Corporation may collect and use personal information:

1. Assisting the Minister in performing the functions described in clauses 2 (e), (f) and (g).

3. Omitted (provides for amendments to this Regulation).

4. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
