Member’s patient, time period

1. For the purposes of clause (a) of the definition of “patient” in subsection 1 (6) of the Health Professions Procedural Code in Schedule 2 to the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991, a period of time of five years is prescribed from the date on which an individual ceased to be a member’s patient.
