FEES CHARGEABLE BY ARBITRATORS

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The fees chargeable by arbitrators under the Act are the following fees:

For each sitting where a reference is not proceeded with and a postponement is made at the request of a party, |

For each day’s sitting, consisting of at least six hours, |
