TERRITORIAL DIVISIONS FOR THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. The territorial divisions described in the schedules to Ontario Regulation 159/85, as they read immediately before the coming into force of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990, are continued as the prescribed territorial divisions of the Small Claims Court, subject to section 2. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 206, s. 1; O. Reg. 245/01, s. 1.

2. Schedules 114, 115, 116 and 117 referred to in section 1 are revoked and the following substituted:
