PURCHASE OF MILK

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. A board is authorized to purchase milk for free distribution to pupils in schools under its jurisdiction. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 302, s. 1.

2. The authority of a board may be exercised on condition that,

(a) the distribution is effected only on school days between 8.45 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. and under the supervision and direction of the principal; and

(b) the milk is consumed on the school premises. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 302, s. 2.
