DESIGNATION OF MATRIMONIAL HOME — FORMS

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.

1. A designation of a matrimonial home under subsection 20 (1) of the Act shall be in Form 1.  R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 367, s. 1.

2. A cancellation of a designation of a matrimonial home under clause 20 (6) (a) of the Act shall be in Form 2.  R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 367, s. 2.
