GREENHOUSE VEGETABLES — APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE

1. In this Regulation,

“board” means The Ontario Greenhouse Vegetable Producers’ Marketing Board. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 416, s. 1.

2. Coopers & Lybrand Limited is appointed to act as trustee of the board until the 31st day of October, 1991. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 416, s. 2.

3. The trustee shall act as an interim administrator and has all the powers of the board except the power to determine the price to be paid to producers. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 416, s. 3.

4. The members of the board in office on the 20th day of September, 1990 remain in office until the 31st day of October, 1991 or until their successors are elected, whichever is sooner. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 416, s.4; O. Reg. 186/91, s. 1.
