DESIGNATION OF HIGHWAYS

Historical version for the period December 31, 1990 to September 30, 2009.

No amendments.

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. The following highways are designated as Class A highways:

1. The King’s Highway.

2. Every highway within a city, town or incorporated village, except those on which heavy traffic is prohibited by municipal by-law.

3. Every hard-surfaced county and township highway, except those designated by by-law of a county or township. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 579, s.1.
